Please complete the below form for each child you wish to book on the 2019 Twisted Tale Workshops. Once submitted you will be sent payment information via email to transfer the £25.00 fee.
If you already have Tangled's details please transfer payment with reference inc. child's name and workshop date and await your confirmation email.
