Tangled Dance Company

The company was founded in 2013 by Amy Hallam a Manchester based dance artist & choreographer and graduate of The Northern School of Contemporary Dance. Tangled's first outdoor production 'Once Upon A Twisted Tale' first toured in the North West in 2014. Since then the company has created and presented various site specific original productions working with professional Dancers, Musicians, Composers and Designers to create immersive spectacles. The company work with large supporting casts offering opportunities to dance students and community groups to learn and perform alongside the artists. Tangled also developed a unique strand of Dance Photography Workshops that are increasingly popular in the Greater Manchester area. The company continue to expand and are committed to engaging those of all ages, creating exciting experiences in non traditional theatres spaces, truly making high end art accessible for all.
